Now, after a few weeks of testing, let’s talk about my experience with the Roborock Qrevo. Setting it up was a breeze—just connect it to the Roborock app, which was straightforward enough. The app allows you to control a ton of features, including the Mop Washing and Drying, suction adjustments, and even setting up No-Go Zones for your home. The voice control integration with Alexa and Siri also made starting or stopping the clean as simple as saying a command. But, as always, the real test comes when you see how well it actually cleans.
On hardwood floors, it was impressive. The 5500Pa suction picked up dust and debris with ease. On carpets, it didn’t disappoint either, thanks to the dual spinning mops and Auto Mop Lifting feature, which ensured the mops lifted automatically when vacuuming carpets—no streaks, no hassle. The Reactive Tech Obstacle Avoidance worked almost perfectly, avoiding obstacles with pinpoint precision, though there were occasional hiccups with really tight spaces where the robot couldn’t make a clean getaway.
That said, the mop washing system, which is one of the standout features, worked quite well. I didn’t need to get my hands dirty—just let the machine do its thing. However, there was a small issue with the mop drying system. While the hot air drying feature helped reduce odors, the process did seem to take a little longer than I expected, and occasionally, I noticed that the mop wasn’t entirely dry, leaving a bit of moisture behind.

When it comes to value for money, the Roborock Qrevo’s features certainly pack a punch, but it’s not exactly budget-friendly. If you’re someone who values a super high-tech cleaning experience and doesn’t mind spending a bit more for that luxury, it’s a solid choice. However, if you’re simply looking for a robot vacuum to get the job done without all the extra bells and whistles, you might want to consider alternatives, like the Eufy RoboVac L70 or iRobot Roomba 694, which provide good performance at a more affordable price.
In terms of build quality, the Qrevo feels solid and well-constructed. It has a premium feel that’s expected at this price point, and I appreciate the durability of the materials. However, long-term data isn’t available since this is a renewed model, so I can’t speak to its longevity just yet. Still, Roborock has built a solid reputation for producing reliable products.
When it comes to customer support, I didn’t need to reach out myself, but Roborock has a generally positive reputation for responsive support, which bodes well for any future troubleshooting.
